We have a unique opportunity to recruit a Group Information & Technology Systems Manager for a Motor Group with sites across Kent. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing the operation of the group computer system including Keyloop dealer management system, telephony, email and internet connectivity. You will establish, monitor and maintain the group network , directories and security, maintaining the backup of all files, security and rights. You will be involved with the training of staff to use the systems in place and the purchasing of all equipment. You must have a significant amount of experience within IT systems in a commercial business. Good communication skills and a professional manner are also required. Motor Trade experience is an enormous advantage but applications from outside the industry will also be considered if you have a solid background in IT. In return the package on offer includes a salary range of £50-60000 plus car, mobile, laptop, company pension and health insurance. Please note - this role will NOT include working from home as the role will be working from the head office and visiting the other sites in the group.

Our client, a long-established multi-site franchised automotive dealer group employing over 150 members of staff, are looking to appoint an experienced Head of HR based in the Merseyside area. As part of the Operations team, and reporting directly to the MD, you will install and develop effective processes in the recruitment, training and retention of employees. You will manage and develop the HR team and will lead the People strategy for the business. You will be required to resolve any HR issues in branch and will therefore need to travel to the various sites within the group on occasion. You will be used to working towards KPIs and will be able to analyse statistical information and generate reports.The successful candidate will ideally have experience in a similar role and a previous background in the motor trade/automotive trade is not essential. This is a full time role working Mon-Fri.

Motor trade experience would be an advantage and a good level of CIPD qualification is important
